The Greater Fort Worth Chapter of Breakthrough T1D, the leading global organization focused on type 1 diabetes (T1D) research, invites you to our annual Breakthrough T1D Promise Ball, honoring Greg and Tiffany Blackmon and the Blackmon Family on Saturday, April 27, 2019, at the Worthington Hotel Fort Worth.
