Are you ready to connect, learn, and find inspiration from others in the Type 1 diabetes (T1D) community? We’re thrilled to invite you to the 2024 Breakthrough T1D Pacific Northwest Community Summit, happening on Sunday, October 13th in Auburn, WA from 1:00 – 5:00 pm! This free event, formerly known as the JDRF Type One Nation Summit, promises to be a day of empowerment, education, and community building.

Community Summit is designed for everyone in the T1D community—whether you’re newly diagnosed, have been managing T1D for years, or support a loved one with the condition. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Inspiring Speakers: Hear from leading experts in the field of T1D, as well as individuals who live with T1D every day. Their stories, insights, and advice will leave you feeling motivated and better equipped to handle the challenges of T1D.
  • Community Connection: Share experiences, ask questions, and build lasting connections with people who “get it.” Youth and Teen Programming is available for kids to connect with others who “get it” too!
  • Vendor Fair: Learn about the resources available to you! Visit vendor booths and stay current on the latest technology and treatment options, hear from your local camps, learn more about clinical trials, and visit the Breakthrough T1D Hub!

Registration is now open! While the summit is free, registration is required.
