Amanda Jenkins is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience leading complex healthcare and retail operations. As Vice President of International Operations at Walmart, she is recognized for driving strategic transformation, developing high-performing teams, and delivering scalable solutions across global markets.
A proven innovator in healthcare delivery, Amanda was instrumental in Walmart’s national Covid-19 vaccine rollout, reaching millions of patients and securing preferred partner status in 22 regions. Her leadership also guided the launch of contactless curbside and mail-order pharmacy services, fulfilling over 15 million prescriptions and expanding patient access to essential care.
Previously, as Vice President of Pharmacy Operations, Amanda oversaw end-to-end execution across more than 5,000 pharmacy locations—leading enterprise-level workforce planning, regulatory compliance, and service innovation. Her initiatives consistently produced strong clinical and financial outcomes, while prioritizing patient experience and operational integrity.
Amanda holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Louisiana Monroe and has received several honors, including Walmart’s Regional Director of the Year, the Health & Wellness Outstanding Leadership Award, and 2013 Alumni of the Year from her alma mater.
