Dr. Rachel Kilpatrick is passionate about improving care for people living with diabetes. She currently serves as Director of Endocrinology at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas where she practices general endocrinology and cares for people living with diabetes.
Dr. Kilpatrick earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 2009, followed by residency training in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University in St. Louis, completing her fellowship in 2014. In 2022, she added certification in Lifestyle Medicine, reflecting her commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered diabetes care.
She is President of the Washington County Medical Society and actively involved in the Arkansas Medical Society, advocating for improved access to care in the state. As a founding member and current Vice President of the Arkansas Endocrinology and Diabetes Education Foundation, she works to expand education and improve treatment of endocrine disorders across Arkansas.
