Did you know that Breakthrough T1D can support your kids with type 1 in many different ways at school? We are here to help!
Breakthrough T1D Western PA can provide:
• T1D training and presentations for teachers and school staff
• Educational assemblies for students to better understand T1D—students with type 1 can be involved or stay anonymous
• School fundraisers for grades k-12. Fundraisers are managed by Breakthrough T1D Staff and include fun incentives and prizes! If you’re registered for the One Walk, school fundraisers can also be credited towards your walk team!
