The Breakthrough T1D Western Wisconsin Chapter is teaming up with Buffalo Wild Wings to raise money for type 1 diabetes research! The Buffalo Wild Wings located at the East Towne Mall in Madison, WI will be donating 10% of sales to Breakthrough T1D every time a customer shows the Home Team Advantage Teammate Card. For Breakthrough T1D to receive a portion of your purchase you MUST show your server the attached Teammate Card. The card can be presented on a mobile device or as a printed copy with payment.
This promotion will begin on Sunday, October 1, 2017 and run through Sunday, December 31, 2017. There is no limit to how many times the Teammate Card can be used, just remember to show it every time you stop in!
