Meet Our 2017 Promise Ball Gala Chairs
Susan Van Dyke MD, board certified dermatologist and owner of Van Dyke Aesthetics has been a leader in skin resurfacing, injectable fillers and non-invasive cosmetic procedures for over 3 decades. Van Dyke Aesthetics became one of the first medical practices in the world to specialize exclusively in cosmetic dermatology. This year the practice celebrates 32 years, 22 of which have been devoted entirely to the cosmetic aspect of dermatology.
Dr. Van Dyke’s son, Brian, was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes as a young adult. This personal connection to type 1 diabetes has been Dr. Van Dyke’s motivation to consistently support Breakthrough T1D’s research efforts.
Charles Friedman is a family practice attorney in Phoenix. His law firm, Charles I. Friedman P.C., has specialized in family law matters for over 35 years including pre-nuptial agreements, divorce and/or separation cases, custody and mediation. In his spare time, Charles is an avid concert-goer and music aficionado.
In addition to providing Breakthrough T1D Promise Ball Gala leadership, Susan and Charles are newly engaged and planning a spring, 2018 wedding.
