Following the tremendous success of the 2015 20^th anniversary gala – raising a record-breaking $2 million – the GA Chapter hopes to continue the momentum this Spring. Once again, taking place on Mother’s Day weekend at the Intercontinental Hotel, the gala planning and fundraising is well underway led by the 2016 Gala Co-Chairs, Barbara and Byron Williams and Tracy and Jim Winchester.

The elegant black-tie evening features a fabulous cocktail party, seated dinner and spectacular silent and live auctions. The evening’s excitement culminates during Fund A Cure where 100% of the proceeds go directly towards diabetes research.  To conclude the evening, guests can celebrate the night’s successes at the gala after-party featuring light bites, cocktails and music by Shimmer Band.
