We Need You!

Do you have a heart for newly diagnosed families and wish to help them during the that difficult time?  We are looking to train additional Breakthrough T1D T1D Connections Program Outreach Volunteers throughout Georgia.  As an Outreach Volunteer you will play the lead role in building relationships with newly diagnosed families/individuals – welcoming, supporting, guiding, and connecting them to the larger T1D community and Breakthrough T1D. In this role, the volunteer is a support, educator, and connector as well as a steward of what will hopefully become a dedicated relationship between the newly diagnosed and Breakthrough T1D.
