Off to College Session
Are you a graduating high school senior headed off to college in the fall? The Yale Pediatric Diabetes Program invites you and your parents/guardians to learn about the transition to college and managing diabetes while away at school. Large group information session as well as separate breakout sessions for parents/guardians and graduating seniors. Opportunity to meet and talk with current college students who have type 1 diabetes.
