Our chapter was thrilled to have 15 people attend the Breakthrough T1D Ride to Cure Diabetes in Death Valley, California!

The team battled numerous weather elements and a long journey to California but had a great time raising money for T1D. The money is still coming in for the team but so far they have raised over $67,000!  Kevin Garner led the ride team that included: 6 first time riders to Breakthrough T1D and 9 returning riders.

In addition to Death Valley, we had 5 people participate in the Tahoe ride, which included 2 first time riders to Breakthrough T1D and 2 returning riders participate in the Nashville ride.
