The annual TypeOneNation Summit will take place on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at 502 East Event Centre in Carmel.  The largest educational and networking conference for T1D in the state has something for everyone.  Learn about the latest research from local and national partners, build relationships with others impacted by T1D, and participate in sessions that are meaningful to you.

We are pleased to have Nicole Johnson, former Miss America 1999 and type 1 diabetes advocate speak at this year’s summit!  Diagnosed as a young adult, Nicole has a passion and a vision for how to help young adults with type 1 diabetes successfully transition to adulthood.

New this year we will have …

• a comfortable area just for teens to meet others with T1D and experience discussions and speakers pertinent to them
• an enhanced kids area with developmentally appropriate activities and T1D speakers
