We need your help making this Valentine’s Day as sweet as can be! We are currently taking submissions for the 2022 Breakthrough T1D Kansas and Missouri Chapter Valentine’s Day card design. The winning design will be sent to families across our chapter to wish them a Happy Valentine’s Day.

To enter the design competition:

1. Print out this template and create your design. Be as creative as you want!
2. Fill out the additional information including the artist’s name, age, diagnosis age (if applicable), and the artist’s mailing address.
3. Please scan your design and email it to mmueller@BreakthroughT1D.org by 5:00PM on Friday, January 7^th. You can also mail us your design at the address below:
