It’s National Diabetes Awareness Month, it is time to paint the town BLUE!

You have done a fantastic job fundraising for our Walk; now, let’s challenge the community!  Contact your local school and ask them to fundraise for Breakthrough T1D! Fundraisers can be as easy as a jeans day, spare change collection, paper sneaker sale, or pajama day.

If you secure a committed school by November 28th, you will be entered into a  drawing for a $500 Visa Gift Card! Fundraiser must be held between November 1, 2014 and May 31st, 2015.  Please turn in the following form with your name and phone number at the bottom with “referred by”. Drawing will be held December 1, 2014.  Winner to be notified by phone.
