Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee Seeks Your Input

The Mid-Atlantic Chapter Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Committee is comprised of chapter leaders, volunteers, and staff who are committed to ensuring staffing, leadership development, board composition, and activities and initiatives at the Mid-Atlantic chapter are welcoming and inclusive of all those in our type 1 diabetes (T1D) community.
To help the DE&I Committee focus its work, we ask for your participation in a brief survey. Please share information about yourself/your family so we can better understand your experience(s) with Breakthrough T1D. You can also provide feedback on where we can improve and what YOU want from Breakthrough T1D.

Your answers will be anonymous unless you choose to share your name and contact information to have a follow-up conversation. If you do share your name, all of the information you provide will be confidential to the DE&I committee members.
