Halloween Candy Exchange at Boscov’s!
Halloween 2016 can be fun for kids with diabetes and severe food allergies, too!
Boscov’s and Breakthrough T1D New Jersey Metro & Rockland County Chapter are teaming up to present their annual Halloween Candy Exchange Program – a special treat for diabetic children ages 14 years and younger!
After trick-or-treating, registered participants can bring their bag of Halloween loot to the Courtesy Desk at Boscov’s Woodbridge Center, Boscov’s Monmouth Mall or Boscov’s Ocean County Mall, and associates will exchange* the candy for something much sweeter: a $10 Boscov’s gift card!
To get your child registered for this sweet treat, you must complete a candy exchange form. To receive, please contact Outreach Manager Nancy Levine at nlevine@BreakthroughT1D.org or at (732) 219-6654.
Please note: This program is only for children (ages 14 and under) with diabetes and severe food allergies. Forms must be received by Friday, October 21, 2016; information to be verified by Breakthrough T1D.
