Breakthrough T1D YLC (Young Leadership Committee) is a group of young professionals dedicated to Breakthrough T1D’s mission to cure, treat and prevent type 1 diabetes. The group hosts fundraising, networking and social events throughout the year that attract young professionals between the ages of 21 and 40. In addition, there also opportunities to get involved and attend various Breakthrough T1D events, such as our Luncheon, Walk, Type One Nation, Gala and of course, YLC’s signature event, Brew the Cure.
