Wow! What an incredibly inspiring day at the Breakthrough T1D One Walk Kansas City. We cannot begin to express our gratitude for this amazing type 1 diabetes (T1D) community. Thank you to each and every walker for being a part of the lasting footprint we’ll make for the T1D community now, and for generations to come.
