The Breakthrough T1D Real Estate Games is an annual fundraiser sponsored by the DC area commercial real estate community to benefit the Mid-Atlantic Chapter. The commercial real estate industry has joined together to fund life-changing type 1 diabetes (T1D) research for 32 years and now, more than ever, it is important to our community that the Real Estate Games continues as a symbol of the industry’s collective strength and its commitment to ending T1D. 

This year, the Real Estate Games will take place virtually from Monday, June 7 to Friday, June 11 and there will also be two small in-person events later this summer and early fall for the commercial real estate industry to partake in! 

The Virtual Games will feature lots of exciting events and challenges including the… 

• Opening & Closing Ceremonies 
• 5K Your Way 
• Battle of the Athletes 
• Trivia Night 
• Peloton Challenge 
• Karaoke Competition 
• Yoga Class
• Eating Contest
