It’s time to get your type one child registered for one or several area summer camps specifically for children living with type 1 diabetes.  Register online at Florida Diabetes Camp  or call (352)334-1470.  Financial aid is available.

All Florida Diabetes Camp programs are open to any child with type 1 diabetes, and while attending camp they are under the direct supervision of pediatric endocrinologists from around the state who volunteer at various programs. Campers are placed in cabins according to age/grade/sex and have trained counselors accompanying them 24 hours a day. All camps feature a variety of land and water activities as well as age appropriate diabetes education.
